We had Killer Beef for dinner last night, a name given to the dish that The Boy claims tried to kill him once when he was eating it. In reality what happened was that the dish was still very hot when I served it up and when The Boy tried to eat it, it burned his tongue and exclaimed "Ow! The beef tried to kill me!!" hence, Killer Beef was born. It's actually a beef and broccoli dish with rice. :-) Recipe to follow.
